COme and set up shop!
The idea behind the KidsMarket is that it is an educational experience for kids to learn how to trade/deal with the public; handle money; set up shop; look after their own business; make their own decisions.
You can sell old clothes, toys, home baking and arts and crafts that you have made!
Please note, no electrical equipment or cooking is allowed on site.
Please no sale of live animals - including goldfish and bugs.
Please bring your own table no longer then 1.2 meters long.
If it rains, you are welcome to bring small gazebos and pop up tents.
As well as this, it also raises money for children’s charities around Canterbury.
The market is run by volunteers and none of the money raised is used for anything other then market set up costs (venue, insurance etc) and donating to the selected charities.
Come down and set up shop! Remember to wrap up warm and be ready to sell to customers!
